Compliance Services for small Registered Providers.
There are many small registered housing providers, whose property portfolio is below 1,000 units, whilst this means that the Regulator for Social Housing does not carry out regular audit inspections and review, it is still interested in your compliance performance.
Some small registered housing providers, may not be in a position to have a full time compliance professional overseeing the operations of core safety areas, such as Fire, Heating, Electrical, Water Safety, Lift of Asbestos Safety.
This is where Compliance Delivered comes in. We can provide a range of services, all aimed at keeping your residents safe and providing surety to senior management that your service provision meets the legal requirements, we can also assist with the push to best practice across all compliance workstreams.
